DESCRIPTION:What: 3 Hour Supervision Ethics Continuing Education – Cultivating Ethical Excellence in Clinical Supervision \nLearning Objectives: At the conclusion of this presentation\, participants will be able to… \n\nApply Person of the Therapist (POTT) work and principles of cultural humility to strengthen the clinical supervision relationship.\nDemonstrate at least three clinical supervision intervention methods appropriate to supervisee developmental level and presenting concerns.\nDifferentiate key supervisory roles and areas of focus within clinical supervision\, including ethical and legal responsibilities.\nAnalyze the supervisor’s ethical responsibilities to supervisees and client welfare.\n\nContinue Education Units (CEU): This workshop provides 3 Supervisor Ethics CEUs for LMFT Supervisors. \nPresenters: Julie Reising\,  LMFT\, RPT-S™\nLicensed Marital and Family Therapist\, AAMFT Approved Supervisor\, Oklahoma-approved LMFT Supervisor\, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor™\, Registered Sand Therapist–Consultant/Trainer\, and Mindset and Empowerment Life Coach. With more than two decades of clinical and supervisory experience\, Julie is known for her intuitive attunement and integrative approach grounded in compassion\, hope\, and transformation. SUMMARY:Rebuilding Trust After Infidelity: The Transitional Process of Broken Trust Following a Betrayal Trauma
DESCRIPTION:Following the discovery of infidelity\, the trust of the couple relationship is deeply severed. In a moment’s time\, the world of the couple suddenly shifts from one of safety and order\, to one of danger and chaos. Uncertainty is now the name of the game. Chaos rules in this space; and distrust becomes a key player and ally in the couple’s story. Will they make it? No one truly knows\, but with the right tools and proper guidance\, the couple has a real chance of not only finding their way out of this darkness\, but finding their way out together. \nObjectives: \n\nParticipants will learn about the liminal state of existence as it relates to betrayal trauma.\nParticipants will be introduced to the concept of transitional distrust and its unique components.
