We are a collaborative group private practice known in our community (and beyond) for our specialized work with individuals and couples navigating the often treacherous waters of life and relationships (e.g., betrayal trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction, etc.). Our approach is grounded in connection, clinical excellence, and the belief that the best care happens when professionals work together, not in isolation.
We’re currently inviting aspiring mental health practitioners to apply. We are looking for clinicians who are not only qualified, but motivated to grow within a team that values both independence and collaboration.
Who we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in a clinical mental health program
- Successful completion of required state licensing exams
- Dietitians and nurse practitioners with a focus on mental health are welcome
- A strong team-player mindset
- A balance of zeal, assertiveness, and humility
- Self-directed, while comfortable seeking guidance when needed
- Either specialized—or eager to specialize—in areas such as betrayal trauma, eating disorders, EMDR, or IFS
- Someone who builds positive, respectful relationships with colleagues
