Life's challenges can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain of who we are, yet I believe transformation and restoration are possible for every person. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
As a therapist, I take a holistic and systemic approach to counseling, recognizing that our experiences, relationships, and environments all shape who we are. I also believe our bodies and nervous systems hold valuable insight into our experiences, patterns, and healing. When we learn to listen to and understand these signals, we can develop greater self-awareness, regulation, and connection. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to do this work!
I enjoy working with young adults and clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, as well as with women's issues, and life transitions. I also work with families through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). In all of these areas and more, I tailor a variety of therapy skills to meet your unique needs and goals, honoring the interconnected nature of your emotional, relational, physical, and personal well-being as we work together toward healing.
