Sometimes life’s challenges can leave you overwhelmed, disconnected, and uncertain about how to move forward. Even when it’s hard to know what comes next, I believe the ability to grow and create change already exists within you. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, learn new skills, and develop the tools you need to navigate challenges and build a life that feels more fulfilling.

It’s easy to feel caught in patterns that leave you disconnected from yourself or the people you love. Therapy offers a space to pause, gain perspective, and explore new ways of approaching life’s challenges. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful change.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, including betrayal and difficulties with trust and intimacy. Wherever you are in your journey, my goal is to help you discover your own path forward and build a lifestyle that feels more fulfilling and connected.
