I love working with couples and individuals who are looking to unlock their full potential for themselves and others in their lives. I am specialized and experienced in couples treatment, sexual addiction, premarital therapy, and individual/relational psychoeducation groups.

As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I work with those who are experiencing sexual addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, traumatic pasts, and the general stresses of life. Those feeling empty, drained and at their last stretch can find their second wind with new tools and a new understanding of life. Using Restoration Therapy, I have a passion for helping couples and individuals develop insight into their painful patterns and routines, while learning to self-regulate, creating new patterns grounded in the truth of love and trustworthiness.

I am a graduate from Oklahoma Christian University with a Bachelors in Family Science, and Fuller Theological Seminary with a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy. I was born and raised in Southern California. In my spare time I love engaging in community. Whether that means around the dinner table, fishing, golfing or playing a card game.
