Come as you are! I am happy to have you here on my page.  I am a systemic, compassionate, and (I think) funny clinician who will sit with you in the light and dark.  My job is not to tell you what to do with your life, but rather to be a guide and another human in the room with you during a time that you’re not sure what to do.  Let’s look together at the problems, relationships, emotions, and confusion in your life right now.  Sometimes it requires different “glasses”, different behaviors, or even just the comfort of knowing you aren’t looking at it alone.

If you’re here because of betrayal trauma, I am a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist and work primarily with the partners of individuals dealing with addiction.  Betrayal, especially by a romantic partner, is an experience that can feel so unique and isolating.

A lot of life is out of your control, but I will help and remind you of what is within your control.  Often, we desire to feel happy, when really, we need to feel present and grounded. There’s beauty in just being “okay” sometimes.
