Breaking Free – Betrayal Trauma Recovery Group

Breaking-Free is a 11-session recovery group for men (18 or older) who are battling with unwanted sexually compulsive and/or addictive behavior. This group is both psycho-educational and process/discussion-oriented.
When: Tuesdays from 7-8pm and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm.
Where: Tuesdays are processing days. Group will meet in-office to discuss and process thoughts and feelings from the psycho-educational content. (Click here for our office location/directions)
Thursdays are psycho-educational days that will strictly meet online via zoom.
Materials: Each group member will need to purchase a copy of Facing the Shadows Workbook by Patrick Carnes.
Cost: $650.00 – This group is sold as a whole. Participants are encouraged to attend at minimum of 8 of the 10 sessions.
