Life’s journey is filled with many changes, some good, some bad, and some that may feel unbearable at times. Traumatic events like domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, and emotional and physical abuse are very real for so many people in this world. Without the right kind of healing and recovery, many may find it terribly difficult to live their best lives, individually and relationally.
